We watched product managers spend hours reading support tickets just to write specs that engineers would rewrite anyway. So we built the tool that does it in 30 seconds.

The Problem

Customer feedback lives in Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, survey tools, interview recordings — scattered across a dozen tabs. Product managers manually read through it all, trying to spot patterns from memory, then spend hours writing specs in Google Docs that engineers immediately question. Most feedback never gets acted on. The gap between “what customers say” and “what engineers build” is where good products die.

What We Built

Preloom connects to the tools where your customers already talk — Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, CSV exports, Notion. It ingests every signal, normalizes it, and runs AI clustering to surface the themes that actually matter. Each theme is scored by severity, frequency, and business impact. Then, with one click, Preloom generates a full engineering specification: user stories with acceptance criteria, edge cases, technical notes, UI changes, data model considerations — every requirement traced back to the original customer quote that drove it.

The specs export directly to Cursor Rules, Claude Code context files, Windsurf config, AGENTS.md, Markdown, or JSON. Every other feedback tool stops at a dashboard. Preloom generates the spec and hands it to your coding agent. Feedback becomes shipped code.
